The chair Ahlan Marriott opens the meeting.

Ahlan talks about how the number of members of Ada-Switzerland has evolved in 2009. 2 persons have left the association, 2 persons have joined the association. This leaves the current number of members at 22.

Ahlan further talks about the upcoming Ada-Europe conference in Valencia (June 14-18).

Our treasurer, Neville Rowden, distributes the account report of 2009. He goes through every item on the list, explaining the expenses and income.

The independent auditor Adam Bolcsfoldi formally aprroves the actions of our treasurer.

The accounts are unanimously accepted by the participants.

The original board (elected at the inaugural meeting on Oct 29, 2008) stands for reelection. There are no other candidates for the board. The original board is unanimously accepted as new board.

Peter Vogelsanger volunteers for the position of independent auditor for the year 2010. He is unanimously accepted.
